On Saturday, June 6th, 2026, the Miss Lehi's Teen Competition commenced. A panel of five judges was selected to determine the new royalty. Each contestant competed in the following categories: Private Interview (30%), On-Stage Question (10%), Health and Fitness (20%), Talent (20%), and Evening Wear (20%). On Friday, May 29th, and Saturday, May 30th, Haylee Sullivan competed at Miss Utah's Teen representing the Miss Lehi's Teen Organization. This was Haylee's first year competing at the state level.
